You will be invited in to see either the Doctor or the nurse at regular intervals to have your heart disease checked. This will involve having blood taken for tests and a check up with the nurse. This check is done yearly.

 We will  tell you when it is time to come in but it is always helpful if you remember when the check is in the year and make an appointment before we contact you.
